- UPDATE on 2/7/16: DDVA reports that “Senate Bill 759 will “carry over” (which means continue) to next year’s session. While the bill won’t move forward for a vote during this session, Senator Black has until December 2016 to make revisions in order to strengthen the bill for the 2017 session. HB842 is still ALIVE!

We will need to watch the agendas/dockets for those meetings to make sure they will be reviewing and hearing comments on the bill we are supporting. We are watching for HB842 introduced by Delegate Ben Cline on the House side. This link tracks the movement of the bill and will identify when the next committee will review it.
